You do not need to provide personal data simply to visit our website and retrieve the information contained therein.

The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f GDPR. If the aim of the email is to conclude a contract, then the additional legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b GDPR.
In the case of newsletter subscription, data is stored until the affected person unsubscribes from the newsletter with future effect.
Contact forms: if the reason for storing the data ceases to exist, personal data will be blocked or deleted as long as this does not conflict with statutory data retention requirements.

Planned data transfer to third party countries
There is currently no data transfer to third party countries, and this is not planned in the future.
