What training opportunities are available at Höfelmeyer?

We currently offer training in the following professions: Industrial clerk, office management assistant, mechatronics technician, metal worker in the field of construction technology, warehouse logistics specialist and IT specialist for application development. What further training opportunities are there?

We support the individual career paths of our employees. Every employee has the opportunity to further their professional and personal development. There are special onboarding programmes as well as coaching offers. Internal training on various topics is offered regularly in the form of online or classroom training. In addition, there are special training programmes on agile project management methods with the aim of continuously improving internal work processes and workflows.

What career opportunities are there?

Basically, all career paths are open to every employee, depending on personal and professional requirements. Not to be forgotten here is a success- and growth-oriented mindset and the right mindset. The possibilities for individual career planning are then discussed in the annual feedback meetings.
