Checkweigher with individual discharge unit

Our customer from the thermal insulation industry would like to use an automatic checkweigher in the production of cold packs to ensure product quality and optimise the production process.

Due to the limited space available, however, it is not possible to use a classic checkweigher with a standard ejection unit.

In the customer's production, the cooling elements are manufactured with a weight between 150 g and 15,000 g and are transported to the checkweigher on a track via a feed belt.
With our individual solution, we were able to realise an automatic dynamic checkweigher for fully automatic weight control according to the customer's requirements, including the rejection of incorrect weights.
